It’s been a good day though

Yes, should have mentioned in my previous post that it has actually been a good day today. The weather was nice so I took my daughter to a big, busy, local park. She had a great time. Well, until the point she fell off a swing and landed on her arm. No, nothing was broken but knees were scraped and arms were bruised.

A quick trip to a local supermarket and then magazine aisle soon sorted out any gripes.

Oh and Connie won How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria. Which was nice.

Owww that hurts

Oooo, suffering right now.

I don’t know what’s happened but I seem to have pulled a muscle in my back. Or somewhere. Anyway, my back is fine until I turn or generally move my head to the right then it causes a tremendous pain in my back. Individually both my neck and back both feel fine though. The other side effect of all this is that it’s making me feel sick from the discomfort.

At the moment, though, it’s like something out of Zoolander, where I can’t turn in one direction.

I’ve had it since Thursday night and, right now, doesn’t appear to be getting better. Friday at work was, well, not very comfortable.

Hopefully, a few days rest will put everything right though.
