Minus Net
After numerous years as a customer I’m finally moving away from PlusNet for my broadband. As a small company they used to offer a superb quality service, backed with equally good support. Now they’ve got big and everything has gone, well, to pot.
After numerous resets of my router in the last week to correct broadband dropouts, and some appalling connection speeds,
I’m moving elsewhere.
I had a good peruse of ISPreview as well as ADSLguide before making a decision. So goodbye PlusNet and hello Zen. It’s a little more expensive, and it’s capped (which PlusNet isn’t) but I’m hoping I’ll give a better (and speedier) service - certainly the reviews from happy customers seem to back that up.
My MAC code is already submitted, and I should be swapped over next Wednesday.
