I'm facing a big issue with the plugin (in a sidebar) when logged in WordPress (yes, when I'm not logged in, I don't get the issue).
Here's the URL: http://progettoanike.org (third column)
The site doesn't completely load (as a logged WP user, for instance, instead of the admin bar on the top, I see a blank space) and get stuck (I can't even scroll down the page).
Chrome's JavaScript console shows the following errors:

I've googled a bit and it seems that this is a common issue with Chrome as mentioned here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6346176/youtube-embed-unsafe-javascript-attempt-to-access-frame
However, the issue shouldn't break the site, since is related to the iframe contents, but in my case, when logged in WP, the site does get broken.
I've tried to select OBJECT instead of IFRAME on the default profile (the only profile I'm using right now), but nothing changed.
Then I've tried several combinations of settings (player type, embedding mode, etc.), but apparently nothing helps solving the issue.
Bottom line is that to test the site I just need to use a different browser where I'm not logged in WP, or browse in private mode.
However, I believe there is some bug in the plugin that makes the site breaks when users are logged in (that fortunately will never happen in this specific site, except for me and contributors).

That suggests to me that you have some kind of caching plugin, or equivalent, which strips out comments, etc. Often these don't run when you're signed in, so may be a cause.

The only thing my plugin does differently if you're signed in is to add a new option to the Admin Bar. However, that wouldn't load a portion of the page and then stop if that failed. Changes are it's another plugin interfering - I bet (I don't know if you can do this) if you switched off all plugins except YouTube Embed that it would work.

Do you have WP Debug active? Is that showing anything?

Unfortunately, without being able to experience the issue myself, I'm a bit stuck for assisting with this.
