Is there any way I can make the videos in the list to be either on top or on the bottom of the video, somehow?

Or if not, to make it show the playlist over the video first, like the user would press the button?

No, to the first question - the YouTube player doesn't offer this.

As to the 2nd query, I don't know. There is no specific option to control this but you may find that combinations of autoplay and showing video information may affect this.

Unfortunately not as the plugin only supports the functionality that YouTube provide. One thing that would assist is the ability to add code above and below the video widget, so that's something I'll add in a future release.

Alternatively, if you modify your site to allow shortcodes in widgets then you can use a standard text box and then add the YouTube embed shortcode where you wish the video to display.

Would a short code work differently? I don't see any short code in the youtube.com share area, only the link and the full embed code. From where might it come?

The code I currently have in the text widget is the youtube.com embed code,

It displays the youtube playlist in the same manner as does the iframe embed code I got from youtube--(seen in the top widget) with the related videos showing in a horizontal menu of thumbnails on the player window. Can the short code be altered to display the related videos in a text menu BENEATH the player window?

Since I'm having such trouble, are you available to please help create that code on a contract basis?
