A very well-written plugin.

I'd like to present a list of plugins from Extend. What you've done is very good for the purpose. Readme files are not always standard, with additional headers. Any chance you could write an 'include=' which causes the PHP to only read that which is included?

Additional headers should be picked up. Do you have any examples where this isn't the case?
